ExMill is a business platform for commodity importers: pricing, shipment tracking, financing records, document management and accounting integrations. It is provided to businesses ("you") under these terms. By creating or using an account you agree to them.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, for keeping credentials confidential, and for the actions of users you invite. You must have the authority to bind the business you register.
Everything you upload or enter remains yours. We process it only to provide the service. You can export a full copy of your data at any time from Settings → Data & Privacy, and you may request account deletion, after which your data is removed from production systems within 30 days.
Document extraction, decision briefs and the assistant use third-party AI models (including Anthropic and Google). Extracted values are drafts for your review — you are responsible for verifying figures before relying on them for commercial decisions. AI outputs may contain errors.
Optional integrations (e.g. Zoho Books) connect using credentials you provide and act only on your instruction. Their use is also governed by the third party's own terms.
No unlawful use, no attempts to breach security or access other tenants' data, no reselling of the service without written agreement.
We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" without a guaranteed SLA unless agreed separately in writing. We back up data regularly and alert on production errors.
Paid plans are billed as agreed at signup. We will give at least 30 days' notice of price changes. Failure to pay may lead to suspension after reasonable notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for commercial decisions made based on data or AI output in the service.
You may stop using the service and request deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these terms, with notice where practicable. On termination you retain the right to export your data for 30 days.
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email at least 14 days in advance.
